Scooby’s Workshop is the brainchild of Scooby Werkstatt. It was developed as a result of the Werkstatt’s frustrations with the lack of information – and misinformation on the internet about fat loss, nutrition, fitness and bodybuilding.

Scooby is into sports and fitness. He believes that an individual must have a great physique regardless of his scoobyfinancial status in life.

He is very passionate about fitness and wants to share that passion to everyone. He has an engineering degree and still wants to build things from scratch.

He is also into flying real airplanes as well as remote controlled ones. He learned to fly real planes through the aviation program of his high school.

Scooby also considers himself a wanderlust. His travels have opened his eyes to inspirations and ideas which make sense. He works hard because his work ethic is very Calvinistic.

His family had impressed even to the little ones the value of hard work. Most of his family members have worked multiple jobs in a week. He was raised by his parents as a thrifty individual who knows the value of money.

Scooby’s Workshop targets those who want to feel and look great. He teaches bodybuilding as a way to feel better, sleep better, become energized, and be healthier.

For him, bodybuilding need not use a lot of time or money. He has designed workouts each individual can do in the comforts of his home and using inexpensive equipment. His free teachings can be accessed by everyone.
